It has been said that bonding moments can develop a positive self- esteem and sense of security for a child. Bonding is an excellent way of teaching your child to have an intimate relationship with others. By giving them pure love and care they can show love on others too. Fill your home with love and laughter and your child will really love it. Spend as much time as you can with your child. Your actions will show your child that he or she is worth of your attention and you are also enjoying his or her company.
Being a mother, the best part is to share wonderful moments with your child by kissing, cuddling, and making eye contact - this is called bonding. Every action of mother has a connection to her child. Studies show that this connection started during conception, when mother talks, read, sing a song to her baby. When the baby is at womb the mother share her blood, food, and oxygen with her baby. Of course, as a mother, you want your baby to be healthy. You eat vegetables, drink vitamins and milk and exercise to support the development of your child. In your daily routine you think the side of your baby, as you are excited when your baby will be coming.
The enjoyment and fun is felt even more when the child is born and when you have a personal interaction with your child.
This is what I experience with my daughter Precious Kiannely. She's entirely a new person for me, but in every moment we spend together we discover our similarities while learning new things about the world around us. As I got to know my daughter, I learn how to soothe her and enjoy her company as our relationship and our feelings go deeper.
Even days passed by already, it is still fresh on my memory when she first called me "momma". Every time I kiss her she exchanges it with her toothless smile. I loved it. She's already one year old now. She loves to eat vegetables and fruits, her favorite are beans, cauliflower, eggplant, banana, and mango. She is learning how to drink milk with her new set of plastic glass. Most of my friends and relatives told me she is so healthy and lovely.
My top priority is to share wonderful moment with my child. Because the best memories for me as parent is that special time I spend with my child like reading books with her; we cuddle, and speak and play games together. Thus, I don't let illness, diaper rash and malnutrition or anything will get in the way during my bonding time with my daughter. Indeed, I give her nutritious food she needed to enable her to become a healthy and smart kid.

Baby Clothes That Make You Smile
By: Art Gib
If you want to clothe your little one in a playful and unique style, try involving a little bit of humor. After all, parenting is a full-time job that often involves late-nights, sibling rivalry, thousands of diapers, and a lot of laundry with teeny, tiny clothes. As long as the clothes need to be changed one to five times a day, you might as well have fun with the kind of clothes you choose to buy.
This is one advantage of buying designer baby clothes. Designers often capitalize on stereotypes associated with babies to create entertaining labels and messages. For example, parents can buy baseball caps reading "Big Brother. A.K.A. The Boss," a onesie reading "Carpe Diem! Seize the day and scream all night!" or a bright-red bib with white letters reading "BABEWATCH" that will help keep them and their friends laughing through the sweet and trying times of parenthood
Designer clothes also allow parents to dress their children in clothes all keeping with a favorite theme. For example, rough and tough fathers may get a kick out of seeing their little man covered from head to toe with Harley Davidson logos. Jackets, shirts, bibs, creepers, backpacks, wallets, blankets and even underwear sporting this well-known biking motif are all available through designer baby clothes companies. For parents with a milder taste, clothing with Disney characters like Mickey Mouse and Pooh Bear are also available.
Designer accessories are often sold individually because of the specialized messages they display and individual preferences of customer, but many of the clothes they provide are sold in 2 or 3-piece sets which include matching pants and shirt with a third item such as a bib, a cap, or socks. These sets usually cost $24 - $29 but individual outfits such as coveralls can cost as little as $9. The selection parents choose from includes hundreds of items available in newborn, infant and toddler sizes ensuring that a wide variety of tastes can be satisfied at one location.
Designer baby clothes are also known for their quality. Designer onesies, pants, shirts, sleepers and beanies are usually made with 100% super soft cotton that will keep your baby warm and comfortable all day and night. If you are looking for other baby items as well, many designer stores also offer blankets, diaper bags, or toys so you get more shopping done in less time.
Whether you are buying baby clothes for your own kids or a good friend's baby shower, be sure to shop where the selection, style and quality are high.

Important Messages To Pregnant Mothers
By: Mak Wai Chong
Do you ever feel like you know just enough about pregnancy and prenatal training. Let us see if we can fill in some of the gaps from my sharing and my son's messages to pregnant mothers.
If your information of pregnancy is not yet updated, how will that affect your actions and decisions? Make certain you do not let important messages to pregnant mothers information slip by you.
As I was preparing for prenatal training, my first son just came up to me and gave me some advice for pregnant mothers. He expressed his hope that what he had to say would be helpful for the unborn baby. This is what he suggested:
Message to mother from a child
1) Take care of unborn baby gently.
2) Give time to baby.
3) Gently massage baby.
4) When baby comes out, feed him gently with breast milk.
5) Give love messages to baby.
6) Listen to music.
7) Sing a song to baby - any song you like.
8) Read books to baby.
9) Draw for baby.
10) Write letter to baby and read it aloud.
11) Tell baby what is going to happen.
12) Describe the family photos to baby.
13) Say "I love you" to baby.
14) Sleep well and relax.
15) Give a name to baby. Give him or her a choice to choose his or her own name.
("Baby" refers to the unborn baby or feotus.)
I shared my son's message with May Ng, my Right Brain Training Instructor(Asia). She gave the following feedback.
"That is a good idea. If any of them has older children, they should ask the older child what the message should be for their sibling in the womb. This is including the older child in their pregnancy as well. The older child will feel that he plays an important role in helping mummy with the baby. There is a sense of belonging and not rivalry. I think it is a brilliant idea."
My message to pregnancy motherPregnancy is a critical and important bonding period with your unborn babies. Prenatal bonding and communication help the babies to develop trust, confidence and feel loved. Your gift of unconditional love and acceptance help the unborn babies to feel secured and safe.
One of the secrets I found which make communication with the unborn possible, is to first have a deep and intense need and yearning to communicate and bond with your baby during pregnancy. Prenatal communication needs the intent of the mother to want to communicate with her unborn baby. Besides intent, commitment is also important as it is to put your belief into action. Pregnant mothers should develop a vision of the unborn child. She must have a strong determination to communicate and reach out to the unborn baby.
Is there any information about messages, pregnant mothers that is nonessential? We see from different angles, so something insignificant to one may be important to another.

Imaging Of Unborn Baby or Foetus
By: Mak Wai Chong
The following paragraphs summarize of my learning and experience of visualization, unborn baby, communication and pregnancy. It seems like new information is discovered about something every day. Keep reading to get more fresh news about imaging of unborn baby.
Imaging helps us to see the after - image of an object. It may be in complimentary colours, for example from orange to blue, red to green, violet to yellow. It helps imagining and intuition. It promotes memory and creativity.
My second pregnancy had complications. I was under going a condition that is more commonly known as "threatened abortion" because of my water-bag detaching when I was pregnant with my 7 weeks old foetus. I had internal bleeding and admitted to hospital for treatment and observation. I was scared and worried. It was a trying period for me. I spent my days praying and hoping that somehow my unborn son and I would be able to pull through this.
My mother advised me to try to encourage my unborn child and persuade him to help towards recovery. Before imaging, there was a blood clot in the womb at 7 weeks of second pregnancy. As I laid down on the bed and listened to pleasant and soothing music, I started imagining the womb was absorbing blood clots and my unborn child would heal himself. Two weeks later, the miracle happened. The blood clots disappeared. To me, this showed the healing power of our minds that we are able to command.
I practised imaging during my second pregnancy. I looked at the black-and-white scan of my baby taken during the ultrasound session. Then, I began to imagine the image of my baby which included his facial and other body features. I also imagined what he would be doing. When I am relaxed, I told myself, "Look inward. See baby". I could see the image of a baby lying down kicking his legs and sucking his thumb. He was in orange and the background was black. It was sheer delight to have that vision. I felt so close to him. I started a conversation with him the moment I could think of his image clearly. I told my baby how much I loved him and how important he was to me. This was helpful in creating the bond with my baby before and after delivery.
Imaging is an effective way for me to see baby. I felt assured when I could imagine the image of way. It also helps me to bond with my unborn baby at the earlier stage.
I hope that reading information was both enjoyable and educational for you. Your learning should be ongoing - the more you understand about any subject, the more you will be able to share with others.

Tips on How to Take Care of your Three Months Old Baby
By: Anne-Lie Karlsson
It is difficult for a newborn to adapt to its new environment. After all, the baby was naked and worried about nothing while in the womb for nine months. Then suddenly he will came out into this cold and bright place trying to adapt and breath alone. Your baby is more attuned to the outside world and more sensitive to changes in his environment. The newborn can feel sensations of pain, pleasure, heat and cold throughout his entire body.
During his first two weeks of life, a baby usually lacks the energy to do more than sleep and eat. When the baby is two weeks old, he begins to lie awake for longer period of time eager for something to play with. A baby usually plays by sucking something.
Why baby is cryingCrying is the most important way a newborn has to communicate it wants. Crying may indicate that the newborn is hungry, feels pain or is cold. Crying also may indicate he fear or his dislike of something. However, crying is also an exercise for the newborn. Two hours a day is the average amount of time a newborn cries during the first month. When a baby cries, it doesn't necessarily mean that he is hungry so should not always answer a baby's cries with a bottle of milk.
Bathing
Never leave the baby alone while he is bathing. Most babies drown because their parents leave them alone. Babies and infants love to be bathed because they want the relaxing and soothing sensations of water. Warm water is used in bathing the baby. The baby's head must be supported with the hands or an arm. Use mild soaps and thoroughly rinse before drying. Oil and lotion are used if the baby's skin is dry skin.
Diapers
Diapers should be change regularly to avoid the possibility of diaper rash. The baby's skin is tender and sensitive and can be easily injured. Mothers and caretakers should clean the baby's skin to avoid irritation.
Feeding the newbornA baby knows how much he wants and when he wants it. When the bay cries for food, he is hungry; but when he stops eating, that mean he is satisfied.
Sleeping
The amount of sleep a newborn requires also varies a great deal. The baby who has inconvenient waking periods at night can usually be encouraged to go back to sleep by changing his position or giving him something to cling to. Leaving him to cry his head off will not improve his sleeping pattern. It is not necessary to keep quite once the baby is asleep because he is not disturbed by noise as much as sudden changes in the level of noise.
A newborn baby will adapt to the sleep-wake cycle that parents favor. Therefore, experts suggest you should start letting your baby fuss for a few minutes when he or she wakes up during the night.
Thus, a three month old baby may quiet down and love to see your face. He feels excited or smiles at you when he sees you. When the baby hears your voice he will find you and look directly at you and start gurgling or trying to talk back. The part of the brain that governs hand-eye coordination and allows a baby to recognize objects is developing rapidly now. His hearing, language, and smell have also become more receptive and active.

Improving Children's Writing - How to Comment on their Story and Still Be Friends
By: Jen McVeity
'Mum/Dad, will you read my story...?'
Such simple words - and such a simple trap...
When a child asks you to read their story, they mean only one thing. They have worked hard on it, they are proud of it and they want praise. Lots of praise.
But what do we give them? Criticism. 'That's good dear, but you've spelt 'pineapple' wrong. You'll need to fix that.'
Exit, stage right, a kid in a huff and bits of paper flying everywhere.
Now if someone really wanted help with their story, they would ask a totally different question.
'Mum/Dad I've got to do a 300 word story on elephants, what am I going to write?' This request does not come accompanied by sheets of paper and a fully written story. It comes at the very beginning of the writing process.
I learnt this the hard way when our daughter was in Year 7. She came to me with her story. She's a great writer, but I thought she wanted editing help and techniques to improve. Er...wrong. It was two years before she showed me a story again. 'Never have an author as a mother,' she's been know to mutter repeatedly ever since.
The urge to correct, to 'make perfect' is strong in us all. We want our kids to get good marks. However, we also need to understand where they are in the creation process. Would you like to spend all Saturday afternoon laying a patio, only to have someone come along and point out the one brick you laid crookedly?
So tell your kids what they are doing right instead of focusing on the mistakes that leap out at you. (Sounds like Michael Grose's parenting advice, right? The same principle is at work.)
Praise should also be specific. (I bet Michael says that too!) Not vague generalizations like 'that's great,' or 'lovely dear' or even 'terrific stuff.' Genuine praise looks at real reasons. When kids know their strengths - they will keep using those techniques you praise. They also learn to trust you, not as a fault finder, but as a mentor.
Now fast forward a couple of years. By then you or your child's teachers have got kids used to the idea that there is actually a first draft AND a second draft. (For most professional authors there is also a first draft, a second, a third, a fourth, then an editor's suggestions, a rewrite and joy-oh-joy, a proof reading draft.)
So enter your child, clutching their story in between the first draft and the second draft. This is actually a Work-in-Progress and they are probably still open to suggestions on how to improve. Perhaps I should make that 'suggestion' in the singular because you still have to give the praise. In a ratio of at least 1:3
Finally, always finish on a positive note. That's right, more praise!
Exit, stage right, a child glowing with a feeling of success. And a much better writer.

Problem Solving In Parenting
By: Mak Wai Chong
If you have even a passing interest in the topic of problem solving in parenting, then you should take a look at the following information. This enlightening article presents some of the latest news on the subject of problem solving in parenting.
If your problem solving in parenting facts are out-of-date, how will that affect your actions and decisions? Make certain you don't let important problem solving in parenting information slip by you.
Problem Solving in Parenting
When you face a problem or an issue presented by your children, you may use problem solving approach to understand and resolve problems. Treating problem as a valuable learning opportunity, you may use questioning to help them express their feeling and ask them suitable and relevant questions to help them resolve their problem.
Express feeling and emotion
You may help your children to express their emotion. You can tell or share with their children about their feelings. For instance, a mother said to his child, "You appeared to be very angry. What is happening?"
Think
You may teach their children thinking skill. You may ask your child,"What can you do to solve the problem?" or "What can I do to help?"
When your children have suggested some methods or ways, you need to recognise their effort to help themselves and ask them the outcome or impact of their action on others. You may guide them to find the best way to solve their problem.
Act
Once the children have decided the best solution, they need the support or encouragement to act on their decision. You can ask them,"What do they learn from the experience and what will you do now?"
Practice
For example, an elder brother, aged 4, was very angry at the younger brother, aged 2, who snatched his favourite toy. He came to tell his mother. Mother said,"You seemed to be very upset at your brother. Can you tell me more about it?"
The elder brother said,"My younger brother has snatched my favourite toy car." Mother answered, "Um. You must be very angry. What can you do now to solve your problem?"
The elder brother replied, "I can hit him. I screamed and shouted at him. I snatched his favourite toy. I asked him to give it back to me." Mother said,"You have told me so many ways. Tell me which way is the best. Do you remember our family rules that we cannot hurt others?"
The elder brother was quiet for a moment. He said,"I cannot hit or screamed at him because it hurts. I can tell him nicely to get back my toy."
Mother said,"I am glad that you make your decision. What shall you do now?" The elder brother said,"I shall tell him that he is not right because he snatch my toy and ask him to give it back to me."
Mother replied,"I am very happy that you can handle your problem." He was very happy because he got back his toy after he talked to his brother. Mother asked him,"What do you learn?" He replied, "I learn to think and solve my problem."
With more conscious effort, we can apply the problem solving approach into practice in our daily lives. This approach is effective for parents to dialogue with the children to understand their feelings, find out what is happening and ask relevant questions to facilitate problem solving process. This is an important skill for their life-long development.

So now you know a little bit about problem solving in parenting. Even if you don't know everything, you've done something worthwhile: you've expanded your knowledge.

A Guide To Books On Parenting
By: Victor Epand
Parenting means bringing up a child from infancy to adulthood. Recent research shows that most of the positive or negative traits apparent in a young person have their roots in their childhood experience and upbringing. Parenting thus becomes a big concern not only for the parents but for the educators, social workers, child psychologists and pediatricians as well.
There are a number of informative books available on parenting. How to choose the right one is the question! There are many different theories and patterns advocated for parenting. Therefore, you will find a large number of books promoting different theories, practices or patterns.
What are the different parenting patterns or theories?
There are several traditional parenting methods. These include 'preaching' to teach the child how to behave, trying to correct the child's behavior through strict monitoring, and raising a child with the 'punishment and reward' method. Many of these parenting methods are being practiced even in combination with modern theories.
Here is a list of different approaches to parenting:
- parents as a the facilitator of growth and learning
- the strict parent model
- parenting through attachment and holistic understanding of your child.
- giving children the choice to build confidence and trust
- concentrating on the child's qualities like innate intelligence, good spirit, etc.
Christian parenting: This means bringing up a child as per the Biblical principles and teachings.
In order to decide what parenting theory will work best for you, it is important to research. You have to learn and adapt to the principles that are in the best interest of the child.
Now the next question is to decide which informative book on parenting to follow, either authored by an experienced parent or a subject expert.
There are different opinions on this issue. The subject experts are the pediatricians and child psychologists who may or may not have sufficient parenting experience. There are some authors who are not the subject experts, but they have their own parenting experience. With an insight to look at the subject deeply and an ability to grasp the various problems arising in parenting in different situations, these authors analyze the trials and travails of parenting and suggest some practical and time-trusted solutions and methods.
Modern science has unearthed many myths in parenting. New researches have shown many disadvantages and flaws of traditional parenting. Advanced studies in pediatrics and child psychology show the causes of the negative traits in growing children that go back to some faults or inadequacies of certain parenting methods.
Books by such subject experts provide suggestions and solutions for modern-day urban, nuclear family parenting in our fast-paced life, which is quite different from the earlier methods of parenting that may have been more suitable for earlier slow-paced life.
It is observed that books by people with a good parenting experience are given much more preference by the buyers. However, subject experts such as Dr. Spock, in an earlier time, are known to bring out a change in traditional parenting methods. Any book that is a good combination of logical, scientific and practical information, down-to-earth parenting experience, and genuine parenting method could be the rightful choice for a guide to books on parenting.

Audio Books - A Great Benefit To Kids
By: Victor Epand
An audio book involves the recording of the contents of a book read aloud by someone like actors, actresses or simply good readers. Often they may have the reading done in various accents for proper effect. There is a misconception that the kids would soon feel bored because of the dull reading.
However, the creators of such books are making an effort to make the experience as attractive, interesting, and as interactive as possible. They are also coming up with fully dramatized versions of books packed with sound effects and music.
These books started off as audiocassettes, however, with the technological advancement they are being distributed as CDs and in digital formats. CDs are more popular than audiocassettes and take a major share of the audio book market. Major publishers release new audio books with the release of every successful title.
Parenting groups recommend reading at a very early age. Parents who want to make their children read but find the kids very reluctant to do so, can make use of such audio books. Some parents who are unable to give much time to their kids can make it up by using such audio books. These books can be used even while traveling to and from schools or even on drives during vacations. Rather than just tuning in to the radio, the audio books make the drive livelier.
These books can be interesting, not just for the kids but for the parents also. Audio books can be used to make reading an enjoyable family activity. These books inspire children to imagine characters. It helps build up strong relation between audio and visual. They can learn proper sentence structure and correct grammar usage.
Teachers in the schools also use the audio books. They are using them to improve listening and comprehension skills. They also assist in increasing the students' vocabulary and improving the students' pronunciation of words. Audio books aid the teachers in teaching second language learners and students with learning disabilities and non-readers.
These books have allowed the teachers to introduce the students to literature and make reading books more captivating. Though there are benefits of such books, the schools tend to keep away from them as they are expensive and need support like a cassette player or a CD player, headphones etc.
However, with the cost coming down of late there is an increased acceptance. It is important for schools and school libraries to research before they buy audio books. Single author, whole length books read by the author are preferable. Even sources such as online audio books are gaining popularity. Many audio books can be downloaded from an online store to an iPod, MP3 player or can be put on a CD.
Audio books are no replacement for reading from a book, but they can help develop a love for reading and build self-confidence among the children. More and more teachers are also finding this technique useful and are introducing it in the classrooms.

Tips On How To Treat Babies With Down Syndrome Correctly
By: Anne-Lie Karlsson
Babies inherit genetic information from their parents in the form of forty six chromosomes. The father produces twenty three as well as the mother, but in Down syndrome one of the pair of chromosome produces three partners resulting in a total of forty seven chromosomes.. It is a congenital abnormality. This condition maybe transmitted by either parent. When women over thirty five years old have children a good chance that her baby will become mongoloid.
It is easy to recognize infants suffering from mental retardation called Downs syndrome. Most babies that are mongoloid have an IQ fifty or lower. Most of the mongoloid - victims experience stunted growth resulting in a small skull, coarse and scanty hair, a flat face and an upward slope in the eyes. The tongue of the mongoloid is thick and they have short hands and feet. It is also obvious that Down syndrome victims have a speech delay and they need speech therapy to help them with expressive language.
Infants who are mongoloid have abnormalities in intestines, heart and teeth. They also have difficulty hearing, an under active thyroid, eye problems, and gastrointestinal blockages.
Scientists are still studying the reason for the chromosomal error and how to prevent it. Expert recommended parents with Down syndrome children to enroll them at a training program center. Therapists can educate mongoloids and help them develop motor skills and language.
Training is so important for the mongoloid - victim. Some training program centers train mongoloids to do as much as their limitations permit. The extent abnormalities vary from child to child. Some children need a lot of medical treatment while others lead a healthy life.
Pregnant women can be screened for various complications during pregnancy. Amniocentesis is a test performed during the first fourteen to twenty weeks of fetal development to know if the fetus has Down syndrome. This test involves the removal of a small amount of amniotic fluid through a needle inserted in the abdomen of the pregnant mothers. The extracted cells are used to analyze the presence of chromosomal abnormalities. This test may result in fetal injury, preterm labor or miscarriage.
Parents can use any program that is offered in school. There are also strides being made in education, housing, and social settings to create an environment to support to people with Down syndrome. In most developed countries, since the early twentieth century many people with Down syndrome were housed in institutions or colonies and excluded from society.

Drawing is a wonderful way to express your feelings towards the unborn baby. The following article will focus on how to use drawing as a tool to involve the family to bond with your foetus.
Drawing is a useful tool to connect with unborn baby. I love to draw for my foetus. I drew a circle with heart shape that represents love, forgiveness and gratitude for unborn baby. After my drawing, I wrote my journal and read it aloud to my baby. He responded by giving me a gentle kick after reading my journal. It showed that he was listening attentively.
Besides parents' drawing, we can involve children in the drawing to represent their thinking and feeling towards the foetus. They learn to show their love to their unborn siblings. My eldest son drew a picture of a plane as a gift of love to him. He was looking forward to take a plane with his baby brother in future. My second son drew his toys for the baby. He would like to play and he share his toys with his baby brother. It helps them to show love and care for one another. It also helps them to bond with one another earlier.
Younger children would love to draw. You can encourage them to draw and give it as a gift to foetus. You may ask them for any message that they may want to send to baby.
You could compile all their drawings and put it in a journal, CD or e-books which can be presented to them as a priceless birthday, wedding gift or family album in future. The whole experience can be thoroughly enjoyable for the children as well as the whole family.
Drawing helps my sons to visualise and bond with foetus at the earliest stage. It also helps them to identify their position with the baby and that they are playing an important role for his well-being and development. It teaches them to treasure their sibling and there will be lesser chances of sibling rivalry. It helps them to connect with unborn baby at the earliest stage.

Suggestion And Unborn Baby
By: Mak Wai Chong
This interesting article addresses some of the key issues on suggestion and unborn Baby. A careful reading of this material could make a big difference in how you think about this topic.
The information about suggestion and unborn baby presented here will do one of two things: either it will reinforce what you know about suggestion and unborn baby or it will teach you something new. Both are good outcomes.
According to Wikipedia, the free encyclopaedia, suggestion is the name given to the psychological process by which one person may guide the thoughts, feelings or behaviour of another.
The power of suggestion is an amazing tool to help you achieve something that you want. Our subconscious mind is controlled by the power of suggestion. This method is most effective when carried out just before you go to sleep because your conscious mind is then less active.
During my third pregnancy, I was bleeding in the 5th week. While doing the examination, the doctor discovered the shape of the water-bag was irregular and had many angles. In addition, the doctor told me that he had not been able to get the heartbeat of my baby.
I started to be concerned about my medical condition. I calmed myself down and suggested to my third child, "Baby, I need your help. Can you heal yourself? Your water-bag is getting round and smooth. You are strong and healthy. Your heartbeat is normal and strong." I suggested to my baby about 3 times a day which included one just before I went to sleep.
Within one and a half weeks, the shape of the water-bag was getting rounder and smoother. The doctor was able to find the heartbeat of baby in 6.5 weeks. I was simply overjoyed with the progress and expressed my gratitude to my third child.
In addition, I used suggestion to tell my unborn baby about wake up and sleep cycle. I told him daily before I went to bed,"Felix (name of my unborn baby), you shall sleep at 9:00 p.m. and wake up at 7:00a.m. Good night. I love you. Please wake me up with a gentle kick at 7:00 a.m." With practice for a week's time, he could wake me up at 7:00p.m. His sleeping and waking up times synchronize with my sleeping and waking up times. This example shows that unborn baby is responsive to our suggestion.
I found that applying the art of suggestion was helpful and powerful for the healing of my third child. The response from my unborn baby was remarkable.
So now you know a little bit about suggestion and unborn baby. Even if you don't know everything, you have done something worthwhile: you have expanded your knowledge.

This All-Too-Common Situation Cries Out for Parenting Help
By: Larry Waldman
Todd Sampson is six years old. He lives with his father, mother, and ten-year-old sister. Todd presents serious behavior management problems to his family.
He is active and distractible. He frequently gets into things he has been told not to play with and he must be nagged continually to pick up things in his room.
Todd throws at least one temper tantrum per day when he becomes frustrated or does not get his way. He tends to embarrass his parents when out in a restaurant or grocery store by running, touching and demanding things, or whining.
He has few, if any, friends; when interacting with peers, Todd tends to boss, bully, or hurt them.
Todd performs marginally at school, although his teacher feels he has the capability to do better. Todd also is a poor eater, preferring junk foods. He hates going to bed and wets his bed nightly.
His parents are quite frustrated with him and his behavior.
Mrs. Sampson has talked with the pediatrician, their clergyman, and the school teacher. She has been given considerable advice from many people regarding what to do with Todd; she has tried several strategies with Todd but she has not had much success.
She often becomes angry at Todd for his misbehavior and then becomes upset with herself for losing her temper. She finds that she is becoming ashamed of her son and his behavior and often makes excuses for him.
More and more she arranges her schedule to shop and go places so that she does not have to take Todd with her. She dreads taking any trips with Todd because she knows that ultimately the outing will result in her son exhibiting bad behavior and her screaming and scolding.
Mrs. Sampson feels unfulfilled as a mother. She had planned on having more children but after Todd thoughts of additional children were quickly abandoned.
Mr. Sampson is just as frustrated with Todd and his behavior. He feels, though, that Todd generally minds him better than he does Mrs. Sampson. He resents the way Todd disobeys, manipulates, and ignores his wife, but cannot help feeling that if his wife was only a little more strict with Todd, things would be different.
He has suggested many times to his wife that she should be more firm with Todd, but she responds that if he would spend more time with the children, perhaps she would not be having such a hard time with them.
In truth, Mr. Sampson chooses to spend little time with Todd because he is usually so difficult. He often purposely comes home late from work so that the children will already be in bed and he will not have to interact with them.
Mr. Sampson has become quite tired of hearing his wife complain about Todd; any discussions they have usually come around to Todd, his bad behavior, and the resulting family discomfort. Mr. Sampson has occasional thoughts of divorce.
If you or someone you know is in a similar situation take heart in knowing that it is possible to take action to break this negative, hurtful cycle.
